The “Malik-ul-Mulk Hijri Calendar 1445” is a beautiful spiral-bound professional-quality calendar measuring 8-1/2 by 11 inches, with a small perforation for hanging on the wall. It opens to 8-1/2 by 22 inches, with beautiful images of Allah’s creation above and the monthly calendar below. Printed on glossy 60-pound calendar stock.
As you may know, the hijri year 1445 has already begun, the first of al-Muharram coinciding with the Christian calendar date of July 19, 2023. It is my hope that Muslims will have this calendar to look at and consult instead of the Christian calendar which constantly references the supposed birth of a “son of God (Allah)” – subhaan-Allah! – 2,023 years ago. The hijri calendar references the migration of Muhammad (sull-Allahu alaihi wa-sallam!) and his followers from persecution in Makkah to the city that became known as Madinah 1,445 years ago. (The corresponding months and dates of the Christian calendar are indicated on each page of this hijri calendar.)
In addition to referencing the historical reality of the hijrah, the Malik-ul-Mulk calendar has a dozen beautiful images of the creation of Allah and, for the month of Dhul-Hijjah, a picture of the Ka`bah surrounded by the congregation of hajjis.
Because of increased printing costs, I’ve had to raise the price to US$25.00 each, plus US$2.50 shipping. A bulk order of 100 will cost US$1,200.00, plus shipping expenses. For larger orders, I can negotiate with various printers for a better discount. In addition, a bulk order of 100 or more can include, if you like, the name and contact information of your masjid, association, or business in the space on the back page.
