form a group of five
meet regularly and
talk face-to-face

conversation is mostly listening
and hearing and responding
to what others have said

study is necessary
to learn about the history
of the world

study is necessary
to learn about the workings
of nature

thousands of hours
of study and conversation
are needed to overcome
a lifetime of indoctrination
at home
in school
from the media

go places together
do things together
play games and exercise
share your music
and your meals

after a year or two
of weekly get-togethers
each of the five
goes forth and
forms another
group of five

these are men
who need the support of
our women
who have different
inclinations
and a different
function in society

we need your help

after two years
we have twenty-five

if we go year-by-year
(because the time has become short)
after three years
we have one hundred
and twenty-five

after four years
we have six hundred
and twenty-five

after five years
we have three thousand
one hundred and twenty-five

a small teabag
immersed in a volume of water
causes the water to become
tea
